Take measurements directly on your body, loosely

A = Height
Place the tape measure vertically from the top of your head to the bottom of your foot

B = Chest
Place the measuring tape horizontally on the circumference under the armpits, above the bust

C = Sine
Place the measuring tape horizontally on the largest circumference in the center of the bust.

D = Life
Place the measuring tape horizontally on the narrowest circumference above the navel.

E = Low Waist
Place the tape measure horizontally on the circumference 6.0cm from the waist position.

F = Basin
Place the measuring tape horizontally on the circumference 18.5cm widest from the waist

G = Thigh
Place the measuring tape horizontally on the widest circumference of the leg
